Our package prices including handling, but you pay for the shipping. We minimize the packaging to save the environment and shipping costs. We ship via UPS ground and work to get you your package in least expensive and the fastest possible way. If you need your package sooner, send an email to partygirl@greenevent.biz and we’ll try to work something out.
All orders within California pay an 8.5 % sales tax.
Return Policy
If after receiving Green Event Shop products, you decide you cannot use them, please repackage them and ship them back to: Green Event Shop c/o Prism, 1961 Stearman, Hayward, CA 94545, and you will receive a store credit for future purchases. If you received our products and find they were damaged in shipping, please email us at partygirl@greenevent.biz and tell us which ones were damaged, then ship back to us the damaged materials and we will send you replacements. Make sure you include your name and shipping address in the email you send us. For any other inquiries, please email us and we will respond promptly.
